You can interact with Team Management, change Game Plans, and monitor your team’s and your opponent’s information in real-time. Whenever you’re inside the Interactive Match Sim, you see the players attempt to implement your Game Plans and have all the tools needed to reorganise them on the fly if needed. You can also jump back out of gameplay and watch the rest of the game play out in Interactive Match Sim or skip straight to the final result at any time.īoth jumping in and out of the game, and jumping to the end result are accessible at any point during the match, regardless of whether the match started as regular gameplay or in sim mode. Whether you only like to intervene when your team goes down, or you prefer to jump in whenever your team is within shooting range, the Interactive Match Sim allows players to experience matches exactly how they want to. The Interactive Match Sim allows you to jump straight into action at any given moment, giving you a traditional gameplay experience. Out of play match moments are automatically skipped, ensuring that you’re always looking at meaningful events. Users can either opt for a more realistic true-to-life experience with the Authentic Transfers feature or can choose to boost their spending power by opting to play in Financial Takeover mode.In the Interactive Match Sim, the match plays out at twice the speed of regular gameplay. Players will also have the option to customise their career mode experience from the outset. Rivals will react realistically to the decisions that players make - ensuring that each match or transfer deal is a unique event. Loan-to-buy offers, future fees and player swap deals will all be a part of a revamped transfer system. The system will also track when a player could do with being rested and monitors their effectiveness when being played out of their usual position.įIFA 21 also appears set to offer the most realistic career mode experience yet when it comes to opposition decision making, both on the pitch and in the transfer market. One new option that looks sure to prove crucial to team selection will be the FIFA's 21 Player Feedback System, which will give a visual representation of a squad member's readiness for an upcoming game. 
A new "match sharpness" attribute will also provide an indication of how likely a player is to translate their form in training into a match situation.Ĭontrol over squad training does not end there, though, as FIFA 21 will also allow players to set up weekly training schedules - where the balance between rest and time spent working on the pitch will be crucial to the chances of team success.
Gone are the days of simply going through the motions of the training mode as FIFA 21 will give players the option of setting up group training sessions in order to focus on particular skills.
Another way in which players will be able to track performance levels in FIFA 21 career mode will be via the new Active Training System.
